All visitors are required to book their visit date and time online before visiting the parks.
Members (Individuals & Family Members) can book their visit date and time to the park through the Membership Portal.
Adopters, Corporate Members and Advanced Purchase Ticket Holders can book their visit date and time to the park through the Manage Booking Portal.
Admission tickets with timed entry can be purchased online on the Ticketing Portal.
For in-park experiences such as animal feeding sesssions, tram rides and wildlife tours, guests can purchase them online on the Ticketing Portal.
