For cash withdrawals and other ATM services, we have a POSB and UOB ATM machine at the main entrance, next to Membership & Experiences Centre.

Lost an item at Singapore Zoo? Please approach the Singapore Zoo Rental Services Counter for assistance.

Nursing rooms are available at KidzWorld, Reptile Garden and at the main entrance.

Diaper changing facilities are available at KidzWorld, Singapore Zoo entrance, Wildlife Learning Centre, Ah Meng Restaurant, Reptile Garden and Pavilion by the Lake.

Rent a stroller or wagon for your infant or toddler. We also have complimentary wheelchairs available at the park entrance. Check rental fees.

Share your Facebook and Instagram posts even if your phone doesn't have data connection. Turn on your device's WiFi connection and look for the network 'PARK_FREE_WIFI' to get connected for free.

If you feel unwell, our staff at the first aid stations at the main entrance and at KidzWorld are on hand to help you. There are also Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) at these locations and at Ah Meng Bistro.

Use any of our rental lockers at River Wonders Entrance Plaza to store your belongings.

Rental fee per small locker (45H X 43L X 28.5W cm) is S$5 for the first 3 hours, and S$1 for every additional hour or part thereof.

Rental fee per large locker (60.5H X 43L X 35.5W cm) is S$10 for the first 3 hours, and S$2 for every additional hour or part thereof.

Please approach our friendly staff at the park’s reception counter for assistance.

In case of rain, you can purchase ponchos and umbrellas at our gift shops.
