Coming to the park with little ones, seniors or someone with limited mobility?

For their comfort and convenience, we provide the following services, available on a first-come, first-served basis. These are available for rent online.

Electric Scooter

Move around the park with ease by renting an electric scooter.

You may visit our reception counter located at the park entrance to rent one.

Rental Fee: S$ 20

Stroller

Push your infant or toddler around the park in a stroller.

Accommodates 1 child with maximum weight of 15kg.

Rental Fee: S$ 15

Wagon

Use a wagon to bring your children around the park.

Accommodates up to 2 children with combined maximum weight of 35kg.

Rental Fee: S$ 18

Wheelchair

Rent a complimentary wheelchair for your loved one or companion if he or she has limited mobility.

You may visit our reception counter located at the park entrance to rent one.

Notes:

  • Tickets sold for these rental services are non-refundable, non-transferable, valid only on the selected visit date, and void if altered.
  • Family & Individual members enjoy a 20% discount on rental services.

Getting Around the Wildlife Parks

Get to Bird Paradise at Mandai Wildlife WEST with the below options:

Hop on Mandai Khatib Shuttle from Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and Night Safari to Mandai Wildlife WEST Bus Bay. Rides are free of charge.

Take Bus 138 or 927 from Singapore Zoo bus stop to Mandai Wildlife WEST and alight at the next stop. Regular bus fares apply.

Soak in the sights of nature and walk/cycle towards Mandai Wildlife WEST. Estimated walking time: 15 minutes.

The Walking Cycling Path is partially open. Cyclists will be required to go onto the public road for the first 200m from Singapore Zoo. Guests on foot are advised to use pedestrian footpath instead.

Drive into the tunnel of Bird Paradise and park your car at Mandai Wildlife WEST Carpark (P1 West). Parking charges are applicable.
