Corporate Letter Scheme
 

The Corporate Letter Scheme serves as an alternative to receiving physical corporate membership cards. Your staff may now present a corporate letter in place of the corporate membership card at our park(s) for complimentary admission and/or to enjoy any other corporate membership benefits.

With the corporate letter scheme, your company and staff can:

  • Minimise the administrative hassle of collecting physical cards from your company.
  • Extend the benefits to employees who don't carry a staff pass/medical card.
  • Reduce the possibility of losing the card and offers convenience for your staff; and effectively maximise your investment in the membership.

This scheme is available upon sign up of your corporate membership, subject to an additional annual fee per membership.

Membership terms & conditions
  • Each card allows one corporate member staff member and up to three accompanying guests complimentary admission to the respective parks. The staff member must be present for the benefits to be valid.
  • Each card can only be used once a day.
  • Corporate membership card and employee pass must be presented to enjoy the membership benefits including admission to the respective parks.
  • Corporate membership card is non-transferable. Only the staff member of the registered company reflected on the membership card may enjoy the membership benefits. 
  • Corporate membership does not include parking charges and all rides, including tram and boat rides.
  • For card replacement, please send an email to [email protected] and allow for a processing time of three working days. A replacement fee of $53.50 will be administrated for each card.

Please kindly return the completed form and payment at least 30 days prior to our membership commencement date.

 

Submission Instructions:

  • For your application to be valid, please complete all fields and acknowledge the terms & conditions on the following page. Incomplete forms may result in a delay of application processing.
  • No amendments or cancellation can be done after your submission of the signed application form. Any request to amend or cancel the membership application thereafter will be charged a processing fee of up to S$100.
